Puxatawny Phil Predicts an Early Spring 2017
Phil Predicts an Early Spring
He crawled out of his hiding spot underground and just before the sun broke, Phil, under a cloud-covered shadow, predicted an early Spring. I'm not entirely convinced though, as he was partially in the sun as he peeped out the message. I'm losing faith in his integrity.
