But we've been doing a lot of reading and testing the healthy waters of food intake choices. Eggs with mushrooms and onions, but no breakfast sausage or cheese for this morning's breakfast. Last night was broccoli cheddar soup with a lot of extra cruciferous veggies, broccoli, cauliflower and orange and yellow carrots added. No lunch yesterday and a chicken sausage with eggs and home grown red potatoes steam-fried at a very low heat.  So I guess for the last 3 meals only one with meat. It seems the older we get the more people we know who are experiencing heart and cancer issues. So it only makes sense to move in a far healthier direction w
